Anatec and JECNDT, LLC (Jim Cox) are pleased to offer several ET training options that will help improve the quality of your inspection services. The experience and knowledge that we have accumulated in the heat exchanger market has been instilled into these courses. The successful training candidate will better understand how to perform heat exchanger examinations and to deal with the technical issues and problems that may arise during any field inspection.
Our courses are all designed to meet or exceed the qualification guidelines defined in SNT-TC-1A and/or CP-189. The primary focus will be on heat exchanger (HX) tubing inspection. Both eddy current testing (ECT) and remote field testing (RFT) inspection techniques will be offered in Level I, Level II, and Level III formats.
All training can be offered with qualification examinations so that documentation of the successful completion of a training course may be used by an employer to help meet their internal NDT inspector certification needs.
Additional course options include data analysis training courses (Level IIA) and the Qualified Data Analyst (QDA) course material for nuclear steam generator inspector qualifications. These are outside of the normal ASNT processes, but are firmly linked to market sector needs.
